same here, there can be many causes mate 1. bad spine curvature (for example if you work with computers for a living), your spine won't support your back properly for? long periods of time. 2. running on concrete is bad for the knees and sends shocks through the whole body, try running on earth/grass instead. overall jogging is very good for posture and core, listen to your body and know when to stop to avoid injury, good luck and hope you get to the bottom of it.
